Bad customer representative, I tried calling them to make enquiry about the nin services they offer, what I really want to do is to change the number I used to register my nin in the first place but the girl attending to my call was just answering me as if we've had issues before when I don't even know her
If I could drop my review without giving them any star I will, their management is so unprofessional especially that counselor and they don't employ good teachers instead they employ students to teach, I even think the good reviews were forged because other students are complaining bitterly too.
