I personally don't prefer to drop below average reviews on products or services I try but I couldn't resist this time. I came all the way from the other part of Ibadan so this was personal for me. My girl and I went out to get shawarma cos according to her, they make the best and she learnt how to make it from there. And btw, my girl makes amazingly sweet shawarma(s). Anyway, it was not it for me nor her this time. My first time and here's my review on the shawarma:
Q1. Who told shawarma vendors A4 was a substitute for foil paper to wrap shawarma? (red Flag),
Q2. Why should I have to wait for over 20mins for my shawarma? and it's not wrapped well, the nutrients just came off once I unwrapped it. Customer service was a no for me cos I had to go ask this guy to pack my order before he did.
I've got more but I'll stop here.
3. Above all, good environment, nice interior decor and lighting...
Anytime you want to have a quiet date or just only you, just come here they have the best ice cream in town with other varieties too. You can also watch football on weekends
I have always ordered take out at the Paris bakery beside First bank just before the Adeoyo roundabout.
I decided to sit in this time and it was a great experience.
The atmosphere is calm enough.
The cakes I got were a little bit hard as opppsed to it been soft and velvety.
The ice cream was nice although they seem to taste alike.
They have variety of food from rice to pasta to cakes, doughnuts, etc.
They have birthday cakes, cheese cakes, etc.
They have stuff as low as 300naira so you don't have to break the bank or spend too much.
The sitting arrangement is also nice.
If you want a cafe vibe/date, then you should try it out, even of you are on a small budget
If you’re looking for a place to chill with your friends and family, Paris Bakery is a nice place to consider. I love their ice cream and they have a lot of options you can choose from and last I went it came with a free treat (although I didn’t really enjoy it because it was mostly chocolate and I’m not really a fan of chocolate) other than that it’s really nice.
Nice spot for serene hangout experience. Less crowd and good customer service.
